Update on The Rise Of the Shadow Lord
I am so excited to be working on the final revision of the Rise Of The Shadow Lord. With 52 chapters outlined and 29 chapters completed, I am happy to say I have reached the 55% completed mark. I recently had the chance to make a big dent and got five chapters completed on Monday. Here is an excerpt from one of the chapters I edited which I am particularly fond of:
“High Priest Rafael accompanied by his understudy Apollo and High Priestess Idara.” The doorman announced the arrival of the Followers of the Creator. This caused all activity in the room come to a standstill. In the silence, the Followers footsteps made a resounding clink as their crystalline feet tapped against the marble floor.
This science fantasy novel has been a long time coming, but it has grown into something that I am excited to share with everyone in the near future.

I was given the opportunity to review the second issue of a new science fiction e-zine. The free short story that they have on their website is a great example of the quality of the other short stories contained within the May issue.
