There are few things more wonderful on a cold winter morning than a warm cup of peppermint tea with a touch of honey and a splash of almond milk. There is something distinctly frosty about a peppermint tea that goes well with the moody, overcast, not-quite-morning when the sun isn't even out yet. Add a heavy sweater and the heaters on full blast, and it's a perfect start to a busy week.
